Important:

1. Only bonafide students of Aligarh Muslim University are eligible for membership of Maulana Azad Library.
2. The online membership form is meant only for consent of the students for renewal and fresh membership.
3. Prior to filling Library membership form, make sure you have receieved your Printed Identity Card in Original issued by the University. Your identity card will serve as your Library Card. The print out of e-ID card is not valid for library membership.
4. A print out of online filled membership form duly attested by the Provost/Coordinator shall be submitted at Circulation Division, Maulana Azad Library during working hours:
• From 9.15 am to 4.00 pm with one hour lunch break from 1.30 pm to 2.30 pm.
• From 8.15 am to 12.00 noon on Fridays.
5. Any mis-statement or concealment of facts or transfer of ID card to any other person will render the member for disciplinary action as per student's code of conduct and immediate termination of Library membership.
