Important:

1. Only bonafide students of Aligarh Muslim University are eligible for membership of Maulana Azad Library.
2. The online membership form is meant only for consent of the students for renewal membership.
3. Prior to filling Library membership form, make sure you have receieved your Printed Identity Card in Original issued by the University. Your identity card will serve as your Library Card. The print out of e-ID card is not valid for library membership.
4. Those students who are continuing in the same course of study, they can use their ID card of the previous sesson i.e. 2023-24 up until their new ID card is received.
5. Paste a coloured passport size photograph on membership form (after taking print out) and get it attested by the Provost.
6. Attach a valid copy of your Registration-cum-Examination Form sealed and signed by the the Dean and Provsot.
7. A print out of online filled membership form duly attested by the Provost shall be submitted at the Circulation Division, Maulana Azad Library during working hours:
• From 9.15 am to 4.00 pm with one hour lunch break from 1.30 pm to 2.30 pm.
• From 8.15 am to 12.00 noon on Fridays.
8. Any mis-statement or concealment of facts or transfer of ID card to any other person will render the member for disciplinary action as per student's code of conduct and immediate termination of Library membership.
